Salvador Zuñiga-Broker- Rainbow Realty  Twenty-two years ago I came to Puerto Vallarta and my love for Vallarta was immediate. The city, the people and the surrounding area captured my heart.
I started in real estate sales thirteen years ago, and after closing more than twenty sales in my first year, the company realized I had a passion for this business. I became the top selling agent in 2005 and then went on to maintain that status for the next two years in a row.
I quickly realized that my passion would become my focus in life, and began the work of opening my brokerage. As the owner of Blue Ocean Side Realty, I have spent ten years working with clients I love and helping so many people realize their dreams of homeownership in Banderas Bay. As an active member of the local real estate association (AMPI) I served as both presidents of education and memberships.
Because I had a passion for the business, I focused on bringing the best education possible to our members, including myself. I love to learn, and by bringing together the very best in the business from associations like AMPI Nayarit as well as AMPI Compostela I and all of our agents and brokers advanced our knowledge.
In concert with growing my brokerage, I was able to work with seasoned professionals in Vallarta of whom I have great respect for today. They helped me to expand both my business and my professional knowledge. Moreover, I am fortunate today to be able to mentor new agents the same way these people mentored myself.
With many years of education and a focus on keeping up to date with all existing laws and regulations, I am proud to say that I have an extensive working knowledge of all the areas relating to real estate. Including the ability to offer basic legal information, contracts, all of the most up to date financial requirements and fideicomiso otherwise knows as bank trusts.
I am most proud of having created a team of professionals, lawyers, contractors, and notary’s who will ensure that your investment is managed most professionally.
Expanding my knowledge and ability, I am now both a broker and a developer, and I will begin my second project in 2018. In part, because of this, I have chosen to expand my team and start Rainbow Realty. I look forward to working with my new team and showcasing my new developments in the upcoming year!
